Electrical Ser. Primary Sch or 1(one) Office Floor without Electrical Specifica

Dear Client
 
I can do Electrical Services for Small Primary Schools  and 1 (one) Floor Office.
 
The Office Design Floor FEE will depend of FLOOR AREA , and type of office ( CAT A or Full Design for Tenant)
 
On my project is included:
1 - The Lighting &  Small Power Layouts.
2 - LV (400V AC) Small Power Calculations using software.
3 - LV Schematic Drawing.
4 - 2 (two) amends accordingly your comments.
 
I need from you the Updated  Architectural Layout (CAD files) of Building and ( Existing Location and Electrical Specification of Electical Main Incomer (electrical head) ( XXX Amps , Single or 3 Phase Supply ) or latest Electrical Test Certifications of the Building.
 
Is excluded any Electrical Specification.
